As everyone reopens and sorts through the myriad of operational changes, staffing changes, work-from-home strategies and more, many leaders will continue to lead staff who elect to work from home or must.  While we can focus on the many challenges of leading via Zoom and video, we will also help focus on the opportunities and new capabilities of connecting and how to establish motivation, inspiration and connectiveness with staff as a part of their team returns to the office and they remain home.   Explore your own leadership through and post-crisis and begin to look at non-reopening aspects of your own leadership as we not just enter into, but create this new normal for our credit union members.
